GENERAL TERMS & RENTAL GUIDE
Renter qualifications
In order to rent a vehicle, the renter must:
- Be between 18 and 74 years old
- Have a Greek, European (for EU countries) driving license, or an International driving license.
- Have a personal credit or debit card.
Vehicle pickup
When picking up the vehicle, the renter must have with them:
- A valid legal driving license.
- Their personal credit or debit card or. Third-party cards are not accepted, unless they belong to their relatives.
- The vehicle will be delivered with the fuel specified in the contract and must be returned with the same fuel.
- Upon receipt of the vehicle, the renter will be given the Rental Agreement, which he must review, read the attached terms and conditions and sign. The Rental Agreement will present all the services/insurance provided as well as any additional services-insurance the renter may wish to have, with the corresponding charges.
- It is very important that the renter inspects the vehicle upon receipt and reports any damage already present in it in order to avoid being charged for damage from a previous rental. The renter will be asked to sign a relevant document proving any existing damage to the vehicle upon collection and return of the vehicle.
Insurance
All our cars are insured with comprehensive insurance. In the event of an accident caused by the renter, regardless of the damage and amount, he will participate with an amount of up to €500. In the event of no fault, he bears absolutely no obligation to cover damages.
Pickup / Return:
The car can be picked up and delivered either at the store or at the customer's location.
The prices and rental terms are subject to change without notice. The Courts of Ioannina are competent for any dispute resolution.
